Job summary

Atlas is seeking a South-Central Division Business Development Manager to drive strategy, sales, and growth across Tennessee, Alabama, and Louisiana. You will collaborate with sales and operations to expand the client portfolio and grow the pipeline to support a multi-million dollar book of business.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, KPI achievement, and stakeholder engagement across the division, with a focus on durable market leadership and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10-15+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading regional sales programs in transportation and/or energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth and lead business development in Atlas’ South-Central Infrastructure Division.
• Establish and expand client relationships, manage key accounts.
• Oversee KPIs, pipeline growth, and backlog tracking using CRM.
• Develop and execute tailored business development plans for TN, AL, and LA.
• Lead pursuits and develop capture strategies for new contracts.
• Coach and mentor the South-Central team and participate in industry networking.
