Job summary

Atlas is seeking a South-Central Division Business Development Manager to drive growth across Tennessee, Alabama and Louisiana with potential expansion into Arkansas and Mississippi. You will lead the divisional BD program for a ~$30M book of business, shaping a scalable growth plan and building strong client and partner relationships to expand the pipeline.

Collaborate with sales and operations, manage key accounts, and track performance in CRM, while mentoring a BD team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10–15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading regional sales programs in transportation or energy markets.
• Experience selling and delivering consultant AEC services to owner/contractor/partner platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Self‑starter with ability to act on sales leads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth and lead business development for Atlas South-Central Infrastructure.
• Establish and expand client relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, pipeline, backlog and KPI attainment using CRM.
• Develop tailored BD plans for TN, AL and LA with focus on growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop BD team; participate in industry events and pursuits.
