Job summary

Paragon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop new business and manage relationships within an assigned territory.

The role will cover a South Bend, IN area and surrounding regions from Portage to Fort Wayne, and requires home-based work from the vicinity. The candidate will drive full-cycle sales, conduct in-person visits, and collaborate with customer service and technical teams to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED (noted in ad)
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or engineering OR 2-year technical degree preferred
• 2+ years industrial sales experience with repair services in electronics/hydraulics/ robotics/servos/mechanical components preferred
• Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment a plus
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Overnight travel may be required
• Ability to meet customers at their locations and drive moderate to long distances
• Lifting items up to 50lbs may be required

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage relationships within assigned territory
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Full cycle prospecting: leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
• Regular in-person sales calls to existing customers and new prospects
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support to meet goals
• Utilize CRM to plan and manage time and territory
