Job summary

Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, seeks an industrial sales professional to develop new business and manage existing accounts in the South Bend, IN area and surrounding regions. This home‑based role covers Portage to Fort Wayne, requiring ability to travel and meet customers at their sites.

You will work with a team to build long‑term relationships, qualify leads, and deliver compelling presentations while using CRM tools to plan and manage the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or engineering OR 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years industrial sales experience, preferably in repair services for electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and manage relationships in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
• Full‑cycle prospecting: qualification, cold calls, and sales presentations.
• Regular in‑person sales visits to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support to meet goals.
• Plan and manage time and territory using CRM tools.
