Wenzell & Fisher Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our Task Force on a 1099 contract basis in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role requires traveling across the USA for 30-day assignments and supporting the Executive Chef in dynamic kitchen environments.

You will lead mobile culinary teams, uphold Food Safety standards, and ensure high-quality food across multiple locations, adapting to different menus and setups with strong communication and leadership throughout each rotation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a mobile culinary team.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the USA for 30-day contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to adapt to different kitchen setups and menus.
