Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in diverse locations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for extended periods (up to 30 days).
• Valid food handler certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage kitchen operations at various locations nationwide during contract assignments.
• Develop and execute innovative menus meeting client specifications.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source ingredients and manage inventory.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and challenges with professionalism.
• Travel up to 30 days at a time across the USA as required by project assignments.
