Hilton Anatole is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our award-winning team! In this role, you will assist the banquet team in planning and overseeing operations while ensuring efficiency alongside our culinary team.

Spanning 45 acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property features over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets including 3 restaurants, a marketplace, pool, and in-room dining.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a positive, natural approach to hospitality leadership

This is a full-time position; candidates must have full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As Sous Chef, you will assist in directing and overseeing all culinary operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation, quality, safety standards, team performance, policies, costs, and profitability
  • Create and implement menus for banquets and events based on current food trends and regional tastes, in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
  • Monitor and develop team performance through supervision, counseling, training, scheduling, and recognition
