Sous Chef, SER Steak and Spirits - Hilton Anatole

Hilton Anatole is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our award-winning team! In this role, you will assist the banquet team in planning and overseeing operations, ensuring efficiency alongside our culinary team.

Spanning 45 acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property features over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets including 3 restaurants, a marketplace, pool, and in-room dining.

The ideal candidate will:

This is a full-time position requiring full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As Sous Chef, you will assist in directing all culinary operations to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing culinary operations, including meal preparation, food quality, safety standards, team performance, policy implementation, and cost control
  • Creating and implementing menus for banquet events based on current food trends and regional tastes, in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
  • Monitoring and developing team performance through supervision, counseling, training, scheduling, and recognition
