Hilton Anatole is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our award-winning team! In this role, you will assist the banquet team in planning and overseeing operations while ensuring efficiency alongside our culinary team.

Spanning 45 acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property features over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets including 3 restaurants, a marketplace, pool, and in-room dining.

The ideal candidate will:

This is a full-time position; candidates must have full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As Sous Chef, you will assist in directing and overseeing all culinary operations to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Executive Chef with culinary operations, including meal preparation, food quality, safety standards, team performance, policy implementation, and cost control
  • Create and implement menus for special banquets and events based on current trends and regional tastes
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
  • Monitor and develop team performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, training, scheduling, and recognition
