We are seeking a Sous Chef to assist in opening our Falls Church & Fairfax cafes! As a Sous Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations at your café, responsible for the success and growth of your kitchen team. The role may supervise up to 25 employees, including Zone Leaders, Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers. A passion for scratch-made food and genuine hospitality is essential. The Sous Chef is responsible for executing kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, especially in the absence of the head chef.
Note: Fairfax Café opening scheduled for August 2025; training prior to opening will occur at other locations in VA, MD, or DC. Tatte is an E-Verify employer.
