Job summary

FS Food Group is hiring a Sous Chef to join Mama Ricotta’s and Little Mama’s Italian Kitchen in Charlotte. If you thrive in a high-volume kitchen and love authentic Italian-American cuisine, this role offers long-term career growth.

You’ll support the Executive Chef with daily operations, lead kitchen staff during service, and help with menu execution, ordering, and inventory. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
