Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy open kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, reviews, and potential disciplinary actions.
• Stores food following safety procedures and ensures proper handling, presentation, portion control and temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and workstation; communicates with supervisor and guests.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints and explains menu items to associates and customers.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; tracks production, consumption, and waste.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
