Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous sous-chef experience required.
• Valid ServSafe certification required.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to drive a delivery van if required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including scheduling, payroll, training and reviews.
• Stores food properly and adheres to food safety and sanitation procedures.
