Responsibilities

• Cuts deli meats, vegetables and cheeses with slicing machine or knives.
• Prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
• Obtains daily production schedule from Chef and prepares items accordingly.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments following guidelines.
• Stores food properly with HACCP procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with service standards and inventory procedures.
