The role emphasizes staff development and hands-on cooking across grill, sauté, fry, baking, and pizza stations.

You will oversee line cooks, prep cooks, and dish staff, mentor team members, and participate in interviews and hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen or culinary leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage labor and food costs.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Ability to lead fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
