The Sous Chef will lead culinary teams, collaborate on menu ideation with the Executive Chef, and ensure high-quality production while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

This role emphasizes daily operations, staff training, and a strong focus on guest experience through thoughtfully prepared cuisine.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sous Chef highly preferred.
• Excellent food preparation skills.
• Patient, understanding and detailed personality.
• Keen eye for cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Help in the preparation and design of all food menus.
• Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way to meet quality standards.
• Fill in for the executive chef in planning and directing food preparation, when necessary.
• Solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
• Train culinary team members, establishing schedules and enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards.
