NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a Sous Chef in Goshen, IN. The role reports to the Executive Chef/Chef Manager and involves developing and executing culinary results to exceed customer expectations.

You will oversee culinary and FOH staff, ensuring service, production, and presentation standards are met. Responsibilities include menu support, cost control, safety and sanitation, staff training, and assisting with purchasing and inventory.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar role preferred.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Choke Safety Certification required.
• Allergen Awareness Certification (MA) required.

Mansioni

• Supervise culinary and Front of House staff and oversee service, production, and presentation standards.
• Assist with menu writing and cost control using recipes and costing measures.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and uniform guidelines are followed across the kitchen.
• Assist in purchasing and vendor relationships and inventory management.
