bartaco in Boston is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, guide culinary teams, and ensure recipes and presentation meet bartaco standards. You’ll mentor staff, manage scheduling, and help control food costs while maintaining safety and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of culinary management experience.
• A culinary arts degree is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent cooking skills.
• Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
