Qualifications

• AS or equivalent experience required.
• Culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
• Catering experience a plus.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef with supervising and cooking; develop daily menus.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development and ordering.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary team.
