• 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership position.
• A culinary degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively coaching and motivating team members to deliver their best.
• Identify opportunities and drive improvements in operations.
• Monitor quality and sanitation standards.
• Set culinary standards and monitor par levels.
• Lead menu build diagrams and ensure standards are met.
• Oversee opening/closing checklists, cleaning schedules, and safety protocols.
• Create menu specifications and prep sheets for consistency.
• Lead game day culinary operations and staff training.
• Supervise breaks and deliver pre-shift meetings.
• Ensure food ordering, prep, transport, and service meet Levy standards.
