Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Sous Chef I to support the overall success of the food program at client sites in the Mammoth Lakes area. You will assist in planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation while upholding health regulations and Levy’s standards of quality and presentation.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to train and develop BOH staff, and the drive to achieve customer satisfaction through excellence in food service.

Competenze

• 5 years of culinary experience including 1 year in management.
• Experience across restaurants, hotels, corporate dining or related food service operations.

Mansioni

• Assist in coordinating and participating in preparation and cooking of various items.
• Assist with planning and creating menus.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Assist with managing cost controls and expenditures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
