Morrison Living, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Sous Chef I to support culinary operations, planning, ordering, and inventory. You will lead back-of-house teams, ensure quality and presentation, and help implement new culinary programs with cost control focus.

You will motivate and train staff, oversee food preparation, and ensure compliance with health regulations and client standards. This role offers growth within a large hospitality organization.

Qualificações

• 5 years of culinary experience including 1 year at a management level.
• Experience across restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care or related food service operations.
• Knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, safety and food cost controls.
• Ability to set up and distribute production sheets.
• Supervisory, leadership, training, management and coaching skills preferred.
• Certifications: ServSafe or Dept. of Health preferred.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel is expected.
• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
