Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Atlanta, GA seeks a skilled Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations within a high-energy venue. You will manage F&B programs, uphold quality standards, and supervise culinary staff to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

You'll work with the KM/Chef and Operations team to plan events, control costs, and ensure compliance with health regulations. ServSafe certification is required, with 1–3 years of supervisory kitchen experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• Experience preparing catered events is desirable.
• Current ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations; review monthly P&L statements and make adjustments as necessary.
• Plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions in conjunction with operations and sales staff, including supervision of preparation and service of food and refreshments, as well as cleanup.
• Estimate food consumption and make purchases from our specified food program; schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume.
• Partner with KM/Chef or General Manager to address disciplinary issues and foster teamwork.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards; supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food.
• Assist Chef with managing kitchen equipment maintenance and local DOH regulations by conducting sanitation audits.
• Proactively ensure a clean, safe environment at all times and report critical issues to the General Manager.
