The Sunny, a Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our oceanfront resort in Sunny Isles Beach. You will lead a creative culinary team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences and mentor junior staff.

You will communicate daily with the Executive Chef regarding planning, staffing, and procedures, while managing requisitions, daily specials, and inventory. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are available with Davidson Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Knowledge of a variety of culinary techniques and cuisines.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Lead planning, staffing, and internal procedures; complete daily food requisitions and daily specials.
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching of the team; contribute to menu development and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection.
