The Sunny, a Curio Collection by Hilton, Sunny Isles Beach, seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations, menu development, and guest-focused dining excellence. You will drive food quality, supervise a multi-outlet kitchen, and inspire a large culinary team in a vibrant, upscale beachfront setting.

Experience overseeing multiple outlets and large teams

Responsibilities

Oversee culinary operations across multiple outlets and events
Lead menu development and ensure consistent high-quality dining experiences
Manage food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Recruit and develop a large culinary team, including chefs and supervisors
Monitor budgeting, labor, purchasing, and inventory to meet financial targets
