Job summary

The Sunny, a Curio Collection by Hilton, in Sunny Isles Beach is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple outlets, drive menu development, uphold top quality, and deliver memorable guest experiences in an upscale oceanfront setting.

You will recruit, train, and inspire a large culinary team; manage budgets, food costs, and inventory; partner with F&B leadership to create innovative concepts and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive culinary roles with leadership experience in hotels or resorts.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple outlets and high-volume food service.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cost controls and menu profitability.
