Job summary

Butler Hospitality Corp. is seeking a team member in Dallas, Texas, to manage daily restaurant operations and maintain high food service standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, demonstrate excellent grooming, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include giving operational recaps, ensuring proper inventory management, training staff, and executing food standards consistently. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Worked in a fast-paced, busy environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Give restaurant daily recap to the corporate chef about operations.
• Ensure that inventory is properly stored and the product is rotated.
• Cross-train all staff to clean, organize their station, and taste their dishes.
• Maintain the food standards and execute them consistently with the culinary team.
