The role rewards leadership, creativity, and reliability in a fast-paced kitchen. Candidates should have a culinary degree or certification, ServSafe, and a track record in high-volume environments. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation.
• Expertise in menu development and inventory management.
• Leadership skills with ability to mentor junior staff.
• Valid ServSafe certification.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Oversee quality and presentation of every dish leaving the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen staff schedules and provide guidance during busy service.
