The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of culinary leadership experience, strong technical skills, and a passion for developing a dynamic kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Exceptional technical culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking methods.
• Strong ability to develop and manage food cost and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary vision and leadership across three restaurant concepts.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the back of house team.
• Design and execute seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Oversee food and labor cost management, including ordering and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and food safety regulations.
