Restaurant Associates is seeking a Sous Chef for our CoStar account to support a dynamic corporate dining program known for high-quality food and hospitality. This role emphasizes menu development, catering event execution, and leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will help grow the catering program, collaborate with culinary leadership and marketing, and maintain high standards while serving a professional client environment.

Qualifications

• Sous chef leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Catering event planning, production, and execution experience.
• Knowledge of diverse cuisines and service styles.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall success of the food program and daily culinary operations.
• Coordinate preparation and presentation of food across outlets and catering events.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal offerings.
• Lead and develop a team of back-of-house staff through coaching and training.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety.
