Restaurant Associates in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee culinary operations at a corporate dining facility. You will supervise, prepare, and cook a variety of menu items, assist with ordering, and help develop daily menus and catering events.

You’ll work with the Executive Chef to plan menus, manage costs, and lead hourly staff, while bringing creativity and quality to every service. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience is desired.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens and catering is preferred.
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls is important.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Executive Chef with cost controls and managing expenditures.
• Assist with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
