Compass Group USA is seeking a Sous Chef for the new Cathay Pacific Lounge at JFK Airport. You will oversee the authentic Chinese kitchen operations, supervise staff, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop daily menu items and ensure quality.

This role offers a dynamic, high-volume environment with opportunities to lead culinary programs, control costs, and participate in catering events. Proficiency with MS Office and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Formación

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience with authentic Chinese food cuisine.
• High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willing to participate in client satisfaction programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures.
• Assist in planning and creating menus.
• Produces and executes catering events.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.
