Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a culinary leader to guide hotel food and beverage operations. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen activities in coordination with the Executive Chef, manage ordering, ensure ingredient freshness, and contribute to menu development to delight guests.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, cost and labor awareness, and back-of-house management within a fast-paced hospitality setting across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, banquets or other related fields.
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems.
• Passion for food and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations with coordination with Executive Chef.
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders.
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Assist in the development of menu items.
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations.
• Responsible for back of house.
• Full restaurant and banquet menus.
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests.
• Performs other duties assigned.
