Job Summary

The Sous Chef is a key leadership role in the culinary team, responsible for guiding and coaching team members to deliver excellent food and guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and hospitality with leadership experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Coach and motivate team members
  2. Identify operational improvements
  3. Monitor quality and sanitation standards
  4. Manage financial goals and budgets
  5. Set culinary standards
  6. Oversee equipment maintenance
  7. Manage inventory and food waste
  8. Train staff on menu and culinary skills
  9. Lead game day culinary operations
  10. Ensure safety and sanitation compliance
  11. Support other Levy locations as needed
Skills and Experience
  1. At least 2 years of culinary leadership experience
  2. Culinary degree preferred
  3. Computer literacy
  4. Understanding of financial concepts
