Job summary

1 Hotels Group is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef for a high-volume, 24-hour operation at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. You will assist in all manner of food prep, supervise line staff, manage inventory, and provide on-the-spot solutions while working with seasoned chefs.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience, a post-secondary culinary diploma or degree preferred, strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, and a track record in guest and team member
