Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef for The Williamsport Home in Williamsport, PA. This Continuing Care Retirement Community is truly a "home away from home" for the residents and offers a variety of amenities and healthcare services. The Sous Chef will cook daily, with typical full-time hours from 11 am to 7 pm, including every other weekend coverage. Sodexo's seniors segment designs elevated dining experiences to help our seniors thrive. Working at a senior living community for Sodexo is an opportunity to change the world one resident at a time!

What You'll Do

  1. Perform daily cooking responsibilities with the ability to closely follow recipes;
  2. Train and mentor cooks in a hands-on manner;
  3. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships; and
  4. Ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
