Supervisory Culinary Manager

Join Topgolf as a Supervisory Culinary Manager and lead our culinary team to deliver exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supervising the culinary team to ensure best-in-class service and quality.
  2. Coaching and developing team members to foster engagement and growth.
  3. Demonstrating Topgolf’s core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.
  4. Monitoring inventory and managing product purchases.
  5. Controlling food and labor costs to meet budget expectations, with a solid understanding of COGS.
  6. Selecting and developing recipes for corporate approval.
  7. Standardizing recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
  8. Planning and costing menus for special events and chef's choice offerings.
  9. Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  10. Overseeing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in culinary management.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a culinary team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related culinary qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in high-temperature conditions.
