What You’ll Do:
· Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
· Lead and mentor the kitchen team during high-volume service
· Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our Tex-Mex standards
· Manage prep schedules, inventory, and food safety protocols
· Bring creativity and efficiency to a fast-paced environment
· Step into team member roles when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, Tex-Mex or Latin cuisine a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
High standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Passion for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and teamwork
