Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Follow all recipes and control procedures.
  2. Maintain attendance and performance records.
  3. Control food costs within budget.
  4. Manage portion sizes, minimize waste, and ensure presentation standards.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per ServSafe and state regulations.
  6. Prepare schedules and control labor costs.
  7. Train and educate kitchen staff.
  8. Ensure positive guest relations.
  9. Coordinate with culinary supervisors and managers for efficient service.
  10. Perform culinary tasks as needed in the immediate area.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED; Culinary Arts degree preferred; 3-5 years experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Basic computer skills; POS system operation.
Physical Requirements
  • Walking 30%, standing 55%, sitting 5%, bending/lifting 10%.
  • Climb heights over 6 feet, lift/move up to 100 lbs.
