Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience

  • Proficient cooking techniques
  • Ability to work all stations, including expo
  • Ability to prepare nutritious, imaginative Family Meals
  • Food budgeting and cost control skills

  • Staff education experience

Salary/Benefits

  • Premium PPO health and dental insurance via Independence Blue Cross
  • Paid time off: 15 days (years 1-4), 20 days (year 5+)
  • 50-55 hour work week with two days off
  • Potential bonus up to $6,000 annually
  • 401(k) plan through Vanguard
