The Capital Grille in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food and maintaining food safety standards. You will lead a culinary team, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

The Sous Chef contributes to building top line sales and guest count through the delivery of a competitively superior team member and guest experience. The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef to ensure menu items are executed with excellence in the restaurant.
