Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading daily kitchen operations across client locations. You will oversee line execution, ensure food quality and presentation, and uphold ARAMARK standards of safety and sanitation.

You will train and mentor culinary staff, assist in menu development, manage inventory and waste, and help meet cost and labor goals while delivering excellent dining experiences for clients and communities.
