Salary Range: $65,000 per year - $75,000 per year

Position Overview

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality, great-tasting food while ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures. The role also focuses on increasing profitability, building top-line sales, and enhancing guest experiences. The Sous Chef assists in executing menu items with excellence and maintaining quality standards across all responsibilities.

Job Requirements

1. Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or high-end resort restaurant
2. Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
3. Ability to develop and lead a team effectively
4. Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for excellent execution
5. Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
