Job summary

Yard House in Concord, CA is seeking a seasoned Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure consistent quality, and drive outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Seasoned management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure high quality, great tasting food
• Lead, mentor, and develop culinary team members
• Ensure consistent execution of recipes, portions, and plating
• Manage scheduling, labor, and production planning for peak times
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
