Dash’s Market is seeking applicants for a full-time SOUS CHEF position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Preparing food to meet guest specifications in a timely manner
2. Collaborating with the Executive Chef to promote a healthy work environment
3. Using knives and kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers, and warmers in food preparation
4. Ensuring staff adherence to standards
5. Keeping workstations and equipment clean and organized
