Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Chef, guiding the kitchen during service, maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional kitchen experience as an experienced Sous or lead position.
• Experience in elevated or fine dining is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish / English is a plus.
