Job summary

Guest Worldwide, a Sysco subsidiary, seeks a Sourcing and Vendor Performance Associate in New Jersey to lead sourcing RFQs and transition products to lower-cost, fully vetted options in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

You will support product development, sample approval, risk mitigation, supplier cataloging, and vendor compliance program growth, with global supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business field or five years relevant work experience.
• Min 2 years in supply chain, product development, or project management; five years in supply chain for equivalence.
• Fresh Master in Supply Chain or Business considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed project plans across multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate lower costs and improved rebates; ensure accuracy in GMS.
• Support RFQ processes with data collection, vendor and product vetting, and testing.
• Maintain vendor relationships; analyze vendor performance and chargebacks.
• Assist overseas OS&E expansion and COOGs reduction initiatives with suppliers.
