Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of client-facing and vendor-facing experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sourcing professionals through the order recovery process with coaching and direction.
• Serve as SME for advanced recovery strategies and negotiations with suppliers and customers.
• Prioritize escalations and redistribute workload to meet the team KPIs.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to coordinate recovery plans.
• Independently manage a queue of high-risk/high-visibility escalations.
