Catalyst Brands is seeking a Sourcing Senior Specialist to manage direct import buys, research new resources, and assist with quality and delivery issues. You will negotiate pricing, maintain cost data, and drive improvements with internal teams and suppliers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and careful attention to deadlines to support IMU targets and overall supply chain performance.

Overview

Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Senior Specialist will manage the placement and confirmation of all direct import buys and perform research into the development of new resources and assist in the resolution of quality and delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute brand or product category and report directly to the Director
• Work to build effective strategic relationships with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and teams to drive results and influence change
• Manage internal and external teams and Time and Action to deliver on IMU, quality and delivery goals
• Conduct pre-and post-season analysis and present findings and actions to executive management
• Maintain detailed product cost information (CIP, Fabric)
• Responsible for negotiating program pricing and delivery
• Monitor quality and delivery performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Manage move outs, cancellations, and liabilities
• Special Projects, as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in retail, apparel manufacturing, quality and trade agreements preferred
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships cross-functionally
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize while meeting critical deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
