Catalyst Brands is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage direct import buys and support development of new resources. The role includes resolving quality and delivery issues, negotiating pricing, and maintaining cost data across CIP and fabric.

You will build relationships with internal partners and suppliers, lead Time and Action processes, and report to the Director. 1–3 years experience in retail/apparel is preferred, with strong MS Office skills. Competitive benefits included.

Overview

Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Senior Specialist will manage the placement and confirmation of all direct import buys and perform research into the development of new resources and assist in the resolution of quality and delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute brand or product category and report directly to the Director
• Work to build effective strategic relationships with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and teams to drive results and influence change.
• Manage internal and external teams and Time and Action to deliver on IMU, quality and delivery goals.
• Conduct pre-and post-season analysis and present findings and actions to executive management
• Maintain detailed product cost information (CIP, Fabric)
• Responsible for negotiating program pricing and delivery
• Monitor quality and delivery performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Manage move outs, cancellations, and liabilities.
